Sunday is Easter and Bella and a few extra Rabbits

Well Sunday is Easter and I thought I would talk about some of rabbits I have created in the past, but I also hope we all remember that our Savior showed all of us that we can have everlasting life, and over come death through him; this is my testimony I would like to share. I also hope everyone many blessings, and that you all and your families can gather in love and safety. I wish you all a wonder Easter Holiday...

This is Bella and she is 23 inches, I have filled her with fiber fill and used white cotton muslin to make her. You almost notice I have stained her to look worn and aged. She is another one of my creations I baked in the oven and used different stains for her. The dress is a plaid flannel with decorative lace and she really is not for small children but for an older person with a youthful heart. I have her in my Artfire store also and you can purchase her there just click on the the Artfire window to go to my small store.

Now this is Badger Rabbit, and yes I went a bit wild creating him with the fabric I used. But what is the fun of fabric if you can't imagine what it might become; so I had this wild, bright Berber and thought long eared rabbit....

This Berber was Plaid and I loved it, the pattern is a McCall's pattern and Badger is safe for small children because he has big blue safety eyes and is filled with fiber fill.
I think he is quite soft and cuddly for anyone. He was created a few years back and was a donated Christmas gift, and he was a movie star. That's right he was used in a horror movie! One of the extra kids got to hold and run around with him during the shooting, alas he was cut from the movie but I got to see him in the deleted scenes for about 3 seconds.

Finally I have to mention Dooley; he is entirely from my own imagination and he is an original design. I made him a few years back also when I had some spare stain washed denim that looked like it had been bleached. I sat down and drew out how I wanted him to look in cartoon form then I designed a simple pattern for him. I thought I would stain him a little more using coffee and it came out looking pretty good I think.
He would be better for an older child as he has button eyes, pink embroidered nose, and mouth that I did by hand. I also sewed him the wrong way with the wrong sides so that he has that ragged edging around the outside of him. He is also filled with fiber fill and weight a little with some beans in his bottom. I will be adding him soon, or you can contact me about him if you are interesting in purchasing him. Just contact me at stockerpam@gmail.com

May your Easter be filled with happiness and joy, and finally filled with blessings.
Happy EASTER!
