Small 17 inch Cloth doll Called Franny

This little cloth doll I created measures 17 inches length wise and is made from muslin, filled with fiber fill. The pattern of the doll is all my own design and one can get either the finished doll or a pattern from me.

I made this doll very simple; the dress is a piece of decorative cotton fabric and all I have done was to gather at the top and make some slits for sleeves for the dress. The hat is a piece of white broad cloth, that was just simply gather for a small hat. I did the facial features by hand using brown and black embroidery floss.

The hair is that rich dark wool like yarn and it has been sewn into the head. She is also wearing some bloomers that also were made up by just cutting a strip of fabric and and sewing and gathering. I left the bloomers and dress without sewing a hem just so that she had a ragged look to the clothing.
In this case the only part of the doll on my sewing machine was the body.
In the price of of the doll will be the cost of shipping and handling within the United States. I will add her shortly, and either the pattern with instructions or doll can be purchased.

Freda the Irsh Banshee Rag Cloth Doll

This is Freda the Irish Banshee and she is a 14 inch cloth doll created by me entirely. Freda is just in time for St. Patrick's Day! She is filled with fiber fill and the body is designed from cotton muslin.
The dress and apron are cotton fabrics
contrasting in color both of the fabrics are just of clovers and she is also wearing a pair of white pantaloons with the clovers on the fabric.
The hair is a cloth doll hair yarn that is sewn into the head and glued also.
The sweet face is also designed by me using acrylic paints and a sealer.

Freda the Irish Banshee is very sweet for an older child of 8-11 or for those adults who are young at heart.
I am including the shipping and handling within the United States in the price of the doll.
The price is $14.00 and I will have her added shortly so she can be purchased through Pay Pal.

Primitive Wooden Magnets

This set was lots of fun to stain and paint there is a dog magnet and cat and 2 speedy bunnies. I stained the wooden items with a walnut stain and an gray acrylic paint they were in my other blog It's Just Frankly Kute
The staining went pretty good; they look as if they are quite old. One can have fun staining because there is no mistake in staining something it's just a fun way to get something to look old as can be. I did use a sponge brush, some paper towels for wiping away some of the paint and stain. Then I did a type of wash and let them dry quite well before sealing them with a good acrylic sealer. There is also some very heavy duty magnets on the cat and dog and they will stick to and thing mental if you want them too. Don't they look as though it has been a rough few years?
The set is $6.50 and this will include shipping and handling
