Etta The Wanna be Witch

I can hardly believe that fall is nearing and summer is to a close and one of my favorite Holidays is just around the bend.
So I want to talk about Etta
Etta is entirely from my imagination, so she is one of a kind and she is located in my Art fire store for purchasing.

I took muslin and stained it with a wood walnut stain and baked the fabric in the oven so that staining is set into the doll. She is filled with fiber fill and the facial features are hand embroidered; there also are two different sized buttons just to give her more of a personality.
The hair is a decorative yarn that is sewn into her head and the cloth is cotton Halloween fabrics.
The pants are a cotton flannel and the shoes a brown felt with cotton floss for shoe laces.
There is a kitty button sewn to the dress and a pretty black satin bow tied around her center, she was so much fun to create and she is attempting to become a full witch but without much success so these days she is just looking for that special person who can give her a good home.
